I meet your translation needs in a quick and easy process via e-mail and post. To guarantee rapid processing times and fair prices, I do not offer personal appointments.

To request a quote for a (certified) translation, please send me the entire document(s) as a scan or photo with the highest possible resolution or in a common editable format via email or by using the contact form below. Once I have received your document(s), I will send you my quotation and further details as soon as possible. Please feel free to initially redact sensitive or personal data in your document(s) when requesting a quote. I only require your original document if the authorities explicitly stipulate that the certified translation must be based on the original. In most cases, I can translate your document based on a scan or photograph, and this translation will be accepted by the authorities without any problems.

Please note that I only offer written translations for the language combinations English to German and German to English. I do not offer interpreting services or cover any other languages.

Once you have confirmed your order, I will first send you your certified translation as a scan via email by the agreed deadline before sending you the hard copy by post at no extra cost. I can also offer express postal delivery to guarantee that you will receive your translation the next working day on request. Please note that it is not possible to collect your translated document in person.

Given that the price of a translation depends on a number of factors, namely the length of the text, the degree of difficulty and the formatting requirements, I am unable to specify a fixed rate before viewing your document. After all, each text is unique in its own way and the translation process is a service tailored to meet your needs and involves true craftsmanship requiring experience, expertise and an excellent eye for detail. As my Google reviews show, my customers consider my prices to be very fair for the high quality I deliver.

The best time to contact me via email or telephone is Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm. If you contact me outside these working hours, it may take me slightly longer to respond to your enquiry. If I am unable to answer your call, please leave me a message stating your telephone number so that I can call you back.
